Giolito vs Urias

With Correa's promotion looming I'll have an open roster spot for a prospect. I'm trying to pick between Giolito and Urias as a stash. What's the consensus between those guys ? Anything I've read seems mixed. Thoughts ?

It really is a toss up. Both are can't miss pitching prospects. From my own bias, I like Urias and the Dodgers farm system more.

I'm also a little bit hesitant with guys who have had Tommy John already. There was a study referenced in a podcast on Fangraphs recently that talked about a "Tommy John Honeymoon" period that was around 4.5 years. They said around 4.5 years after a guy has had Tommy John they are seeing an increased number needing a second surgery. This isn't to say that all pitchers will need a second surgery but it's some food for thought when your investing in a dynasty league.
