For me this would be a pass. Josi being the deal-breaker.
While TT would absolutely be intriguing, I'm not sure Silf or Chiasson bump your current F's.
While the NJ boys and Klefbomb Klefbomb ur my Klefbomb would certainly upgrade your D moving forward, I'd rather keep Josi and look at other options to upgrade your d.

If you can swing a deal involving Henrik for solid D I'd look at it, since you have Barkov, Nuke and Bennett ready or close to produce for your main squad anyways.

I don't like giving up Josi for that group. Henrik maybe. But the guys you're getting back are largely spare parts in a 12 team points only league.

I would pass on this deal. Losing Josi would set you back in my opinion. Having him and Krug on your top pairing is pretty solid going forward and you don't know what is going to be happening in NJ. I would look to move Sedin, Cammalleri and Boyle in some sort of package to upgrade your D spots. If you are really rebuilding and not planning on competing this year that is what I would do and it would clear space for Barkov, Nich, and Bennett.
Might want to move on from franzen as well.

Toffoli's nice, Silfverberg is borderline, and the rest likely won't be all that relevant in a 12 team league. Giving up proven pieces in Henrik and Josi is very lopsided. You need to get back more proven talent or much better prospects if you really want to move them.

Like other have said before me, I'd pass on the trade offer as it is. I think you should keep Josi.
However, I would consider discussing a trade involving Sedin from your side and Toffoli from the other side, along with other pieces.
