it looked clean but then i saw his feet leave the ice.
i dont know if that's suspension worthy but its close.

They were saying the arm also hit the head. So principal point of contact was the head.
i doubt he gets suspended for a game 7
One day I will quit fantasy hockey, today is not that day.
Not clean at all. Left his feat plus raised elbow to head. Clear penalty but it wasn't called. Dirty play by Kronwall IMO.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.
If Gybra's hit on Eller in previous playoffs was worth a suspension, surely that hit it...
But there really is no point in thinking about it, as NHL suspensions are just so random...
You've got to murder somebody to be suspended in the playoffs.
Keeper's league, points only, 24 teams league Skaters: 1 pt for goal and 1 pt for assist, Goalie, 2 pts for win, + 2 pts for SO
I would be very surprised if Kronwall got anything for that..

Sadly this is it right here. We will know when they tell us because although some form of consistency in these situations should give us an indication as to what the outcome of this hit will be, it doesn't because the league has different criteria for different players and situations relevant to the event in question.
So Kronwall hits again? Would have been nice in the regular season and fantasy, the bastard.

Kronwall always leaves his feet... I think if he gets anything it'll be because of the arm being out and hitting Kucherov's head. Somewhere the cobwebs are being blown off ye olde Wheele of Justice.

I'm usually a pretty big supporter of Kronwall's hits, but this one was much dirtier than most of his hits.
Clearly leaves his feet.
Clearly leads with his elbow.
Principle point of contact is Kucherov's head.
Even if 1 playoff game is worth 2 regular season games, and a game 7 is worth 3 regular season games, thats easily a 3-5 game suspension in the regular season. Definitely should be a suspension still now.
I think the NHL has set a precident that Kronwall can make these hits without being suspended.
The NHL has also set a precident that hits to the head are illegal and should be suspended (I for the record think this one was to the head, and his big hits are always borderline)
The NHL supplimental discipline is also random, so who knows

i dont think the nhl wants to suspend him. kucherov came back and it's game 7, a suspension could cost detroit the series. even i would like to see both teams duke it out at their best against each other.
but realistically, he left his feet. he deserves a 1 game suspension at minimum but im hoping he gets a fine.
