1 game too late in my opinion, but still enough time to force a Game 7.
What do you guys think of that? Can Anderson show Ottawa to the promised land?
I think they're grasping at straws, frankly. But what else can they do?

Hammond confirms he's out. Supports coach's decision. Says Cameron told him this morning.

Being at home and having a goalie change should hopefully put a little fuel on the fire. I'd like to see them make a series out of it.

I think Hammond would have given them the better chance.
Long and the short of it - what have they got to lose?
Sweep sweep sweep
I think the Sens win today with any of their 3 goalies in net.. Ottawa will be ready to play..
Zorro says "vote for Dobber"
Angus is my best friend at dobberhockey..
I don't understand. I say they're "grasping at straws" because they had options either way in net and winning or losing has nothing to do with the goalie at this point. That's why I said "grasping at straws". And you question why I said that...and then go on to give a point that provides the very reason for my saying that?
(that said, I do love amazing you unceasingly)

Anderson tends to be really good or really bad so it all depends on which guy shows up. Keep in mind he's also played something like 4 games in the past 3 months. I thought Hammond was pretty bad in game one (Mitchell scored on a wrap around on his BACK HAND) but looked better in game 2. He got them this far so I'd be more inclined to see things through. If Anderson drops this game then what do they do?
personally i stick with hammond, who has been very good and consistent. no telling if anderson will play an even better game or put up a stinker. ottawa's F and D need to step up, and how they play tonight will determine if the series is over.
Tough spot for Anderson to be in but he's a solid vet I think he will have a good game today.
