Tarasenko. Easy.
He's on track to be a perennial top 10 scorer. You can fill out the BS and Hits stats with a lesser, more frequently available, type of player.
Who would you rather own in a keeper league with these settings:
12 team 17 Player Yahoo Roto Keeper League - Keep 10, where you start 2C, 2LW, 2RW, 4D, 2G
G, A, +/-, PPP, SHP, GWG, Hits, BS, W, GAA, Sv%, SO
Mark Stone or Tarasenko? and Why?

Tarasenko quite easily for me too.

"Cleavage is like the sun. You can look, but dont stare.. Unless you're wearing sunglasses."
Easily Tank for me.
10 team (6 keeper)

G - Rask,
Tank will be a tier 1 star.
Stone is good, but not on the level of Tank.
Tank for now... they both had very good seasons, but Tank was better, and when players are this young I like to play safer and bet on pedigree.
I think Stone will always be a 60-65 point player Tarasenko could be a perennial 80+
Tank.
Let's put the upside, projections, etc. aside.
He's simply has more perceived value. Much more. People won't be drafting Stone next season where they'll be drafting Tank.
Stone may become as valuable at some point, but he isn't projected to be. If he has a similar season next year, then he'll start working his way into the conversation.
RETIRED
Stone might become what Tarasenko has accomplished this season.
The Tank is just getting started and I take him first, even if I'm a big fan of Stone's play.
Points-only keeper league. 12 teams. Keep any 12 players. Dress 12F - 6D - 2G.
Tank > Stone

Tank is finally living up to his potential... THANK YOU, HITCH, FOR FINALLY GIVING HIM MORE TOI!!!
Your league is a 12 team, keep 10 league. That's pretty deep for keepers.
It would be helpful if you could post your whole team because I think there's a chance you should be keeping both.
In a vacuum though, Tank all the way.
12 team keeper
Points only: G-1, A-1, W-2, SO-3; weekly rosters: 7F, 5D, 2G; keep 20 of 25

G: Price, Dubnyk, Lehner, Hellebuyck, Greiss
2014-15 Champ
Tarasenko no doubt

D: Korchinski (0.925M), Byram (3.85M), Burns (5.28M).
G: Kochetkov (2M), Shesterkin (5,670M).
Bench: E. Karlsson (10M), Lucius (0.925M), Edvinsson (0.89M), Askarov (0.925M), Quinn (0.86M), Berggren (0.925M), Stankoven (0.81M), Knight (4.5M), Mitchkov (TBD), Athanasiou (4.25M), Samsonov (3.55M), Klingberg (4.15M).
Tarasenko in this one, hands down. I love Stone, but Tank is on another level.
I'd be asking - Tarasenko or Malkin? And for how long?
