This time last week, my season looked all but over barring a miracle from none other than the man with the 9.99 GAA and 0.500SV% (Markstrom). I needed 1 goal allowed or fewer and at least 23 saves.
Lone behold he came up with a 26 save effort with 1 goal. Scraping me into round 2.
Seeing how this worked out last time, and my superstitions surrounding anything sports related. I find myself in another close matchup. Down 6-4. I'm down by 2 assists and 2 PPP, and I have 5 more players going tonight than him.
Can I pull off the second straight Sunday night comeback? Fingers crossed lol!

Unfortunately no. I took a gamble and used my last move to spot start Greiss. He should have the goalie stats locked up now, although he currently has hillier going, he may take him out though. If he gets shelled I could still take SV%. I also have neimi for later, but he would need to have a hell of a game to even make it close, not holding my breath.Originally Posted by The Bottlenecker
Really need Ovy and Backstrom to go off today. They have been massive disappointments since the fantasy playoffs have begun. Of all the guys to let me down, they were the last I expected to.

The amount of sleep I'm losing over fantasy hockey playoffs this year isn't healthy, I've had two matchups literally come down to the last game of the week. I've actually had dreams about the matchups..... I should probably seek some professional help for this lol
