Matchups are screwed up in my H2H pts matchup period. 2 teams are even missing. Mine and another.
Anyone else having this problem with fantrax?

They always reply within 24 hours. My league had issues a couple months ago and after I complained a couple times they told me that would be the end of my issues and they were right.
The moral of the story: definitely get on them if you're having problems.

Other than that, we haven't had any issues at all with fantrax lately.
Weird to hear that they aren't really responding to inquiries either. I've always had fantrax respond very quickly when we've had issues. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about them.

Yeah, I've always found fantrax very quick to reply.
I always would agree, once they know you're a little more willing to complain, they seem to almost be better at responding haha.

as long as yoiur gm's have access to their teams in order to make moves its ok .

I set playoff matchups manually, in my fantrax league. Just a personal preference for me.

When I didn't merge 2 weeks of playoffs soon enough a quick email was all it took to get my mistake fixed. No complaints with Fantrax.
