I was up on a ladder doing that a couple of weeks back, just prior to our melt-off. Beat the snot outta my Father's aluminum snow roof rake. lol...mangled the crap outta the effer, but it worked.

I own a bungalo so it's not a steep pitched roof. Not to mention, I have tons of snow to land in should I decide down is the way to go.

I suppose I should duck after I say that we've had 60's and 70's for about the last 10 days or so. Even had a couple of days in the 80's, that is unusual though.
I hate Kansas with a passion, but after seeing Axeman's photo I'm thinking it's not so bad. It's tolerable at least in comparison to all that white stuff.
