If it's short-term (1-2 years), it could be as low as $5M. But if it's long-term, it should be at least $6M. I don't see him getting over $7M.

So you can prepare yourself for anything between $5M and $7M.

Hard to say. He's a good fit there and knows it, but there was some "bad blood" during negotiations for the previous deal. My crystal ball sees 5 years $30M, or 4 and $25M.

This is about what I would guess. Maybe a little less term. So 7 years 49M, the Rangers would be doing pretty well to lock up their #1C for 7M per season.

Everybody knows how good he is, he shouldnt get less than 7 mil per season unfortunately for those of us in cap leagues.
