Well Granlund won't get you as many HIT or BLK and or PIM (I do not know if he plays short-handed) as Stewart, and Stewart won't get you FOW, SHP, and will not get as many points/PPP as Granlund.
It depends what you need more, truthfully I wouldn't go near Stewart anymore (and he is on the 3rd/4th line) so I would pick Granlund but the categories make it somewhat close

At this point even if you need peripherals, Granlund provides the better fantasy value. The stats that Granlund will beat Stewart in are much harder to replace than the ones Stewart will provide. Always a chance Stewart could turn it around and provide decent offense too but I wouldn't bet on it.
