Y'all gotta cool it on the salt or you're gonna develop high blood pressure.

These sorts of generalities are no good for anyone. Everyone's got their own personal health needs. For some too much salt is indeed bad. Others, it's a necessary part of the diet. You know we need salt to live, right? Electrolytes and what not, especially important if you are an active person, which most should strive to be. My advice, take an active, informed and personalized approach to your health.

With the amount of popcorn you've been eating lately, I would actually be considered about your salt intake.

    Legit health tip:
Use cauliflower as a filler in mashed potatoes. Can’t tell the difference, lower carbs, and you’re eating a vegetable that has more all-around vitamins/nutrients.

Krill Oil is a nice cheap substitute for fish oil. Krill Oil is a fairly new product so there isn’t much info out yet on it (harvesting and enviro impact), but for $16/bottle vs $40/bottle it’s a solid substitute.

Kale chips are a ridiculous replacement for potato chips. I can tell a difference when just made without seasoning, but apparently if you make your own All-dressed or BBQ seasoning the Kale taste is hidden a lot more.
