I haven't heard anything to make me believe either is coming back. Kovalchuk needs the Devils permission as far as I know, and Radulov (who I also own) seems to be content being a khl star.

I don't know about Kovalchuk, but I don't see Radulov coming over unless the KHL just implodes.

I don't think you will see either guy, unless the KHL implodes. I did hear something about Burmistrov coming back if his rights were traded from the Jets. Could have been just speculation now that trade talk is heating up.

Snippet from article, in order for Kovalchuk to return:

    1. Unless Kovalchuk sits out a full season of professional hockey anywhere in the world, he cannot return to the NHL without consent from all 30 franchises until 2018-19.

    2. If Kovalchuk sits out a full season of pro hockey, he can only return with the Devils’ consent until 2018-19.

    3. Beginning in 2018-19, Kovalchuk will be 35, removed from the league’s voluntary retirement list and free to sign with any NHL team as a free agent.

Good. I have no use for him. Let him lie in that bed of his!
