You are pretty stacked at D, I would seriously consider doing this. Carlson isn't Weber, but he isn't cat food either, so I think this deal could really help you out at your weakest spot. Carlson should really (finally)break out next season when Green moves on, and Strome is a terrific looking young player with a high ceiling on a team that is moving in the right direction. I would pull the trigger on this.

I'd bite on that offer. As mentioned, you step backwards as far as the D goes, but you don't leap off a cliff either. The upgrade in goalies makes this deal worth it in my eyes.

Yeah another one for accept too...
MAF is a big upgrade over Dubnyk... Duby could easily be out of the league by next season.
Carlson vs. Weber is still fairly close, but slight edge to Weber. If Green goes Carlson could move himself into a top-10 fantasy D role.
Steen vs. Strome... lots of hype with Strome, but Steen is a bit stuck in a deep offensive team. He could go on a 20-game tear, then go quiet for 10 and average around an end of season total of 50-65.
I like the deal.
