I wouldn't. Pastrnak is you weakest and only because he's unproven at the NHL level. You could swap Pastrnak for Khudobin in hopes that Khudobin gets the majority of the starts in Carolina the rest of the way. That shores up your goaltending a little with the way that Schneider and NJ has been playing.

I agree with Rehdaun. Khudo is interesting, and CAR has been playing better of late. If you want a third G, you could make a case for picking him up. But I don't see any of those skaters as a clear improvement.

You coud take a chance on Khudobin to bring another goalie onto your roster.
I might also consider Josh Bailey right now, as with Okposo out he will be playing 1st line winger with Tavares...though I'm not sure if he's on the first powerplay..might be Strome. Staal is another option there. I like both better than Pastrnak, personally.
What H2H categories do you want to firm up? In your format with weekly roster sets, I'm not sure I'd play Khudobin over Schneider or Holtby.
