I own Okposo and Johansen and this is the offer to me. The other GM is out of the playoffs so Okposo being out with injury won't hurt him but it will hurt me
Is this a fair deal?

Assuming points only, I'd do it. It will keep you competitive, and while you're sacrificing a bit of the future, It's worth it if you can come home with the trophy.
