You will get better advise if you provide better information. What is the format of your H2H? Positions, # in each position, scoring stats, etc.
My gut feeling is that I would want to keep Weber, Palat and Steen in a one year league. You gain some position flexibility in receiving Forsberg and Burns, but I think the other three are a better group to own for the rest of this year.

It looks like a pretty standard league. I would prefer to keep what you have in a one year H2H league such as yours.

I'd pass... I think your 3 players are better than the 3 you're getting in return...

Palat > Burns
Steen > Forsberg
I don't see where you would benefit in this trade...
