Default Who to start this week: Day-to-day stud Letang or healthy but slumping Barrie?

Barrie: At St.L Monday, home to Philly Wednesday, Edmonton Friday, and Columbus Sunday.
Pros: Home games against 3 teams that have given up a lot of goals; games nicely spaced out; Avs will be well-rested playing vs. travelling teams dealing with thin air; I already have Duchene and MacKinnon on PP#1 so this would give me presence on both PP units during a week when Avs should pile up some points.
Cons: Barrie slumping and supplanted by Johnson on pp#1 though talent on #2 pretty good and Roy has gone back and forth all year with those guys, depending on who’s hot; He’s not Letang.

Letang: At Jersey Monday, home to Carolina Wednesday, Tampa Friday and Habs Saturday.
Pros: He’s Letang, when healthy he plays and dominates 80% of PP time, three home games plus weak Devils
Cons: Bruise makes him questionable for Monday and therefore makes me nervous about the whole week, though maybe i’m paranoid about bruises since i owned Cam Neely when a bruise destroyed his career; Pens devastated by injuries, Horny out and Crosby-Kunitz slumping so PP struggling; facing strong goalies in Price, Bishop. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if Pens don’t score a lot this week.

Go with Barrie. No guarantee that Letang will play this week. The official twitter says it's just a leg bruise but you never know.

I voted before I realized than band-aid boy king Letang might sit out with a boo-boo on his leg. Roll with Barrie this week.

In retrospect it boiled down to the age-old quandary of sh*t vs crap.
