I like Palat for now, but it's closer than you think.
Palat is great however this is a plethora of other talent in the top 6 on the Lightning. Drouin,Johnson,Stamkos,Kucherov,Callahan, and on occasion Filppula and Connolly. There's only so many points to go around.
Meanwhile Tatar is a shooter, and will have goal heavy stats. He and players like Nyqvuist are the future of the Red Wings.

I'm going with Tatar here....as said above, Bolts are stacked with offensive weapons so Palat could has a lot of competition....Tatar, on the other hand, is on a team that needs some offense so quality time he has....pointwise, I think they're close but I prefer Tatar's situation with less competition to deal with...
