If you're in a keeper and tanking, I'd want to keep both of them in a rebuilding effort. Anyone else that is older or decent but not phenomenal that you could trade/drop instead?

Agree I really like Ennis on the RW, I can't wait to see what he could do once Buffalo gets better

I think Monahan is your guy here, and by a pretty wide margin. Don't get me wrong, Ennis is a nice player, but Monahan is going to carry that Calgary team for a long time. In a rebuild, he's definitely a great player to hold on to.

Definitely move Ennis. Unless he gets traded (which seems unlikely), he's going to hover around 50 points.

Keep Monohan. He and Gaudreau are the building blocks of Calgary.

I'm in a similar situation in my league, where I am in a 3 year rebuild and have both Monahan and Ennis on my team. I think you should keep both of them, and agree with ztking that I would look for someone a little older/decent to move. I would be holding onto both of these guys if I was you

Monahan has the higher upside.... he and Johnny Hockey will provide a great core in Calgary, plus he's only 19 and already established. Next year if you are close to the top you can trade Monahan and his low salary for an established super star that has a high salary easier than you could trade Ellis.Monahan has a beter brand recognition in trade talks.

I actually really like Ennis and if they do get a McDavid or Eichel then watch out (but it's looking more like the first pick is slipping away from them). But there's too many IFs in Buffalo for my liking. I'd go with the safe Monahan option.
