I take it you haven't watched Tyler Johnson, Kucherov or Palat play much then? Johnson is tied for tenth in league scoring (33 pts in 33 gp), Kucherov has 29 pts in 33 games and to a lesser extent Palat, who scored 59 pts last year and is scoring at a 54 point pace this season. Maybe not "overly special", but I would say "better than average".

I think more or less he was getting at that in a 12-team keep-6, aside from Stammer and Drouin the others would be low-end keepers unless they blow through their ceilings

Right now it's a snowball effect where a lot of them are playing over their head and looking better than they are because of the team's style of play and Stamkos. Some will be above average but I don't think any of them are special players. My opinion.
