I don't mind if its a flat deal I guess because Philly's playoff schedule is an on day 323 whereas Chicago's is an off day 344. But obviously don't want to lose by much on value alone. So basically i plan to trade him at some point but of course you only get one shot.

Non-keeper? I'll take the Kane & Simmonds side. As already mentioned, Chicago has the great schedule and I'd prefer something like Kane&Simmonds over giroux&lehtera in a 1yr.

1-year league, I would definitely make this happen especially given PKane being on fire recently, and the favorable playoff schedule. Being a non-keeper league, the only important thing is winning right now. Simmonds is a frickin stud, and Kane will help offset the loss of points from moving Giroux. Provided there is a spot in your lineup where Simmonds is providing a decent enough upgrade, I would probably make this deal.
