One year league - points only. D-men goals count as 2.
I will drop Dupuis this week for sure, but I can pick up a defenseman in his place if I want.
So of the pairings above who do you like? Also if you put them in a group of 4, who would be your number 1.
Thanks
Lupul > Spaling easy. Not a fan of relying on not-so-skilled guys on EV just because they're with good players. Guys like Bozak I'm okay with, guys like Maroon not so much.
Klingberg vs Barrie harder but I'm high on Kling so I'd take him. Barrie is a lock for 40-45 points, but Klingberg can honestly hit more than that if he continues to be deployed in the way he is right now and his game doesn't change from what we're seeing. I think a lot of that will have to do with his confidence throughout the remainder of the season, but he's been tearing up each level of play he's moved up to. And I know it's a small sample size so far, but there is no evidence to state why he can't continue his trend of being elite.
In terms of the best player out of the 4, it'd have to be 1 of the D. I've already expressed my dislike of Spaling but Lupul is a BAB. I think it depends on if you see Klingberg like I do or if you're a little more conservative and want Barrie instead. In either instance, your best player of the 4 is the defenceman you choose between the 2.
