Nichuchkin for Hornqvist

Would you trade Nichuchkin for Hornqvist ?
I know that Nichuchkin's upside is huge, but Hornqvist is now producing, and will keep it up the same way for a few years. Sounds less sexy though.

Au contraire, mon frère. What is more sexy than the top scoring winger for the Penguins? I would make the move, I prefer the guy who is doing it now over the guy who might do it in a few years. Keep in mind that if Seguin doesn't hack it as a C, Nicushkin will not be the third musketeer on a Benn-Seguin-Nichushkin line.

Hornqvist for me and it's not even close. I like Nichushkin's upside, but just like money, certain results now are worth more than possible future dividends.

I'm not sure there is any format where I'd prefer Nichu... even in a salary-cap league, I'd want Hornqvist.

I wouldn't move him for Braydenn schenn. Nich's value is at an all time low, and it will be for some time while he heals. No point rushing to make a deal, see what else you can get if you are trying to move him.
