Both of these guys are a lot more valuable in multi-cat leagues than points-only however I'd choose Kreider in both formats. I don't see Schenn really amounting to much more than he is today whereas Kreider has yet to hit his ceiling IMO
I've always been high on Brayden Schenn and never really that high on Kreider so for me to compare the two is crazy, but I think it's come to that point.
No positions. Who would you rather in a points only?

Kreider. I don't see Schenn ever being more than a 40-45 point guy but I think Kreider could break 50 in a really good season.

It seems like just yesterday Schenn was two point a game player in juniors.
Pretty one sided. Im actually surprised.
I think Schenn is the better player, but Kreider just seems to be in a better position to succeed. I'd roll the dice on Kreider because of that, but Schenn isn't bad by any stretch.
I think part of the reason it's so one-sided, is because Schenn feels like he's been around forever (Only 23) and even though Kreider is the same age he hasn't been in the spotlight as long.
Straight Points keeper league. Keep 5 Forwards,3 defence,1 goalie.

I'd agree with dodospice....Schenn has had time to "disappoint" us, while Kreider is still a fairly fresh face who had a pretty good season last year. Schenn has been good and he's still a good player to own, but he hasn't taken a big step yet after those huge seasons in junior and the WJC a few years ago. It leaves the visage of disappointment.
I will go with Kreider as well. I just like his tools better, and the Rangers seem to trust him and put him in the right situations. Both of these guys have the ability for 60 points. I just think the chance of Kreider having a bigger career season are higher than Schenn's....so it's an upside thing I guess.

I stuck with Schenn. Regardless of all the Kreider support I couldn't do it.
Nothing wrong with that. At least for the next couple years Schenn could outscore Kreider, and Schenn does still have a nice upside he could approach at some point soon. These two are pretty even, I just liked Kreider's upside to blow up a little more than Schenn, but realistically there won't be much of a difference.
