A tie in Roto is possible, yes.
There is no possible ties in H2H though, since we'd have a Top 6 & Bottom 6 Playoff component.
Teams could only finish 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 in H2H... meaning no tie of position is possible in the final H2H standing.
In summary, an overall championship tie becomes impossible!

Very unlikely somebody could pull off the overall championship through H2H consolation bracket.
I suppose somebody could finish 1st in roto (12pts) and LAST in H2H regular season... win H2H consolation bracket to finish 7th (6pts).
That would be 18pts, the equivalent of 9+9 or... basically... averaging a 4th place finish. Very low odds that could get the job done... but not impossible!!!
Mathematically, it could happen where everybody finishes on the opposite side of the other league... all with exactly 13pts. (First + Last... or 6th + 7th... etc.)
Regardless... ONE champ, no tie possible.

Questions for leagues I'm not in:
1. EXPERTS league? Who is 1-2-3 right now?
2. UHL? Can somebody give me an update on who is leading & whether it will be the regular season or playoff team that gets the invite?
3. Comish Dynasty? Who is leading? You'll have to choose (in advance prob) whether it be reg season or playoff team that gets the invite?

Italicized changes in leaders in leagues I participate in.
In the RHRS, shoeless might actually be caught by temek - who has been making a push.
However, since temek's going to guaranteed a spot via his Tier II win of that league (almost a lock), it brings up a point that we need a contingency system if one person qualifies in two spots.
In this case, IF shoeless fell to 2nd in RHRS, he'd be awarded the highest spot since temek (if 1st) is already in.
But we'll have to attend to those sort of things in the formal rules for GM invites.
I'm thinking of bumping the draft spots of Tier III winners down to 11/12th overall. After all, it's ENTRY league which means that two "NOOBs" will always get a spot in the Champions League...

Das Chicleteur! is still leading Tier 1 in the Comish Dynasty. If you are still thinking of allowing the winner of Tier 2 (we have 3 x separate Tiers of 8 teams that compete within their Tiers) to have a spot here, ultrawhiteness (UW Ain't Rad) is leading Tier 2 and has pretty much all year. The winner of Tier 2 is promoted to Tier 1 the following year to compete in our top Tier. I would love to see the winners of both Tiers 1 and 2 from the Comish Dynasty be offered a spot to compete in this Champion's League as they have to won their respective Tier. As an alternate if someone doesn't accept an invite, the winner of Tier 3 could be used as a backup/substitute as they definitely meet the "winner" criteria.
Regardless, it will be the regular season winner(s) competing in the Champion's League, not our playoff winner.
No issues with you bumping draft spots of Tier III winners down to 11/12 overall.

I don't think there are any extra spots for this year.
I'd hate to steal a spot from any league that I've told would have one.
NEXT year though, now that I'm sort of running the "Dobber" leagues, I intend to remove the spots for the "Entry" leagues winners.
I'm promoting top two from the Norris up to PRO.
I'm promoting top two from the Smythe up to PRO.
But there will be no more Champion's League spot for those "Entry" leagues... especially with their top two finishers removed from league.
We can talk about which leagues get those spots.
Since your dynasty has 24 teams, seems OK for you guys to get 2 spots. (I think it's more worthy for you to give the TWO spots both to Tier I teams.. but you guys can discuss that as a league).
Since the UHL has 24 teams, that league might be discussed for a 2nd slot as well. (Same here, UHL can discuss who/how gets the TWO spots.)

Thanks for preemptively including me, we'll see. I'm holding on to 2nd in the Pro League by the skin of my teeth - Lundqvist and Anderson have not been a good pair down the stretch. And my current 21st place (of 24th, divs combined) in the Comish League shouldn't even qualify me as good enough for your neighborhood bar's box pool.
