I like Granlund over Hodgson, although if you are one year I'd probably ride Brassard while Stepan is out.

Granlund over Hodgson - he should outperform Hodgson pretty much every year with those stat categories (except maybe SOG), particularly given the team around him is so much better. Interesting read the other day on the Minneapolis Star Tribune, apparently Granlund worked extensively on his shot over the summer and on having a "shoot first" mentality, which the coaches have been pushing - it's not showing up in the pre-season so far but if he does successfully modify his approach and starts shooting at the 200+ level, he becomes even more valuable in multicat leagues. The only issue with Granlund is injury-risk.

Okay you guys convinced me to pull the trigger on this move. I've been thinking about it since draft night. Hodgson was my final pick (last pick of the draft). It was between him and Granlund.

I picked up Granlund with my last pick! Really expect to get some value from him that late. I had all the same guys on deck but I like Granlund spot in the top 6 with a good Wild team.
