We're choosing 6 keepers in a 16 team league - I already got: Ovie, Tavs, Getz, Niemi, and Rask. I was thinking of Kesler and hope he plays with Getzlaf. Steen would be interesting if he didn't get injured so much last season. Taking a chance on a potential breakout season from a couple sophmore slumps is also intriguing. Not sure if Hedman is worth a keeper spot - probably the only D-man worth a top six is Karlsson.

    Any suggestions?

Looks as though Kesler playing with Getzlaf is not in the cards...which makes sense, considering they are both strong centers.

I'd take a gamble on Yak. His upside hasn't been seen yet, and is much higher than your other potential keepers.

Kesler won't be playing with Getzlaf unless its on the powerplay. With your stats I would keep Hedman, the rest of the players are easier to redraft and Hedman should be a consistent top end D going forward.

How many forwards and d start? Hedman looks to be the real deal and may be worth it.

Thanks guys for the responses. Seems like Kesler isn't the one to keep in this group and should take a chance on Yak or Hedman.

Personally I'd want Hedman with your cats from that list of players.

Thanks - I'll hold onto Hedman.

I'm toying with the idea of dealing Niemi for a 1st rounder and keep Stalock. Then perhaps draft one of the leftover goalies (or Rask's backup). Though I could take a hit in the games started category.
