    Call me overly optimistic but I think he can do well there provided he is able to get a firm grip on the starters job. (Mind you, the wild have about 3-4 goalies under contract I feel the same way about).

    Well this is a turn of events indeed. From a dropsy to a very desirable fantasy goalie...wow. A great third goalie/dark horse

    I don't know if I would go that far, this is likely just to gain back some of the leverage they lost in the Kuemper contract situation

    I wouldn't be drafting Bryz until the Wild sign him to an actual contract and even then I would have to be pretty damn desperate

    Ya but the wild are a better than average team IMO. I'd love to own a 55 game starter on that team. I just don't know who that will be.

    I think people were saying this about Miller and St. Louis

    The crease for the Wild seems to have some serious issues;

    Backstrom isn't getting younger + lack of playing time last year
    Kuemper not signed
    Harding recently injured and not 100% from his treatments
    Bryzgalov has a PTO in Minny, but he is mentally in space.

    Maybe Parise can call an old friend to fill-in this year?

    Boy I think at this point they would be better off trying Parise in goal before they contact Marty "the sieve" Broduer. All respect for probably the greatest goalie ever, but he has no value at this point in time.

    No, now is the time to grab him with your last pick. I think he's a great dark horse

    Good post. First thing that came to mind was this was a leverage against Kuemper.
