I agree with Pengwin - it's even, not sure why you would want to give up a D guy for a forward with your roster alignment, but I suppose there is likely a decent replacement in the draft.
Probably could think about it as you do a few more laps on the combine.

I think that is a great trade for you. Vanek and ROR should each put up better numbers than Datsyuk and I do not have faith in Wiz having a healthy year.
