I am not sure how I feel with Perry over Getzlaf albeit by only two places. I think Getzlaf is an absolute beast, and is the driving force on the Ducks. Perry is no slouch but I like Getz better.

Don't agree with Bishop over Price, but two of the three guys had Bishop as a higher ranking.

Is it me or are they undervaluing Ovechkin? Surely his +/- will rebound this year... I don't think his goals and assists will dip that much. IMO, I think he should slide to 3 or 4.

Agree.. his points per game is impressive.. A healthy Getz is a good one!

Giroux gets no love. However, i think last yr Stamkos was listed as 4th? or 3rd. I'm glad an injury to him boosted his value, but an injury to Tavares lowered his.

I love both, but these are terrible. It looks like they stole them right off yahoo

Yahoo gets their rankings from NHL.com, I believe (or close to it: They work pretty close together).

While this particular list isn't terrible, it helps to remind me just how bad I think the NHL.com staff are at their job. I rarely find I agree with Cubeta et al.

Yandle was too low in my opinion. Malkin's interesting on all of these, I'm assuming injury history is factored in. Anyone think Malkin can ever play 80 games again??

Ovechkin ranked 9th by Jensen is a headscratcher. Apparently all you need to do is put together an 80 point season once every 3 years (Perry) to leapfrog a perennial 50 goal scorer.

Backstrom below Pavelski and Kunitz? What horrible advice
