That 2003 Stanley Cup run he had is probably a top 10 full-playoffs performance of the last 15 years.
If that team had been a major-market team... we'd be talking about it every year in May/June.

No way, Brodeur should play as long as he wants to because life after hockey isn't quite the same rush as it is when you are part of a team in the best league in the world. Thinking that you may have hung up the pads a year or two before you were ready would really suck. Marty is definitely not the same goalie he was 3-5 years ago, but that doesn't mean he can't help a team and mentor that team's younger goalies. Let someone else worry about your legacy Marty!
