Doughty seems to be pretty valuable with that scoring setup. DPts, hits, BS, Shifts - all favor Doughty quite heavily over Parise. PPA and SOG are pretty close as well. Parise would help in goals and PPG but I'm not sure that'd be enough to do this trade. Byguglien is shifting to forward so that leaves Doughty and Letang as your stud D-men. I'd be keeping Doughty here with that scoring setup.
If you want to add scoring then instead of a winger you should focus on improving your center. Duchene is only great C you have. You could use upgrade over Sutter and/or Stoll more than an upgrade at winger position.

I agree with Carcillo, Doughty fills up the board extremely well in your league. I would hold onto him in this case or get a better return then an ageing Parise.
Carcillo is dead on. You should be targeting centers with FOW as your current crop is lacking.
