Default Who do you like in these matchups? (REP)

Who do you like in each matchup and is it by a lot or just a little. You can give reasons if you want.

    Palat vs Steen

    Nyquist vs Voracek

    Burns vs Schultz

    Thanks
    Points only pool - H2H - Dress 11/week - 2 at every forward position(RW, LW, C), 4 D, 1G
Goalie Points = 2/win, 1/overtime loss, 3 more/shutout (They typically make up most of the top 10 point getters every year in our league)

24 teams but 2 of every player (2 Crosbys, 2 Rasks, etc.) so treat it like a 12 team.

PROTECT 11 (max. roster size is 25)

LW - Benn, Pacioretty, Henrique, Abdelkader, Pulkkinen
    C - Tavares, Backstrom, Johansen
RW - Giroux, Wheeler, Donskoi, Pomminville, Silvferberg

    Palat (steen injuries)
Voracek (can't ignore the Giroux factor)
Schultz (not a fan of Burns and supposively he is back at defense)

Agree with all of this, although Steen is going to produce more than Palat for the next two seasons.

Burns was average in terms of fantasy value as a D-man, but this year he will produce more than Schultz.

    Cheers.

When is your window to win it?

    Palat vs Steen

If you are close to a win iŽd go Steen otherwise palat.

    Nyquist vs Voracek

Voracek either way. Giroux as a partner is just to good. His 2nd half of the season was already better so he will be on the rise again.

    Burns vs Schultz

Toughest one. If i want to win now Burns. Schultz in the long run with Edmonton doomed to emerge.

    Thanks
Steen, even with all his previous injuries, is still as close to "the guy" in Hitchcocks system. He uses him everywhere.

I think Nyquist is a great young player but I trust Voracek more.

Schultz is one of the corner stones in Edmonton and will be for years to come.

palat (agree...Steen injuries and Stastny's presence... Unsure how the lines unfold.)
nyquist (Giroux factor makes Voracek a 70 point threat... No Giroux and Voracek is a mortal 55 poit threat. Nqquist alone is a 70 point threat.
Schultz (see Steen and time spent NOT on the ice).

This year, Steen, Vora, Burns. Future: Steen, Nyquist and Schultz (by a hair).
Hockey Pools? Too many to mention. Points only, salary cap and dynasty.

Palat - Could see time with Stamkos and less injury prone
Voracek - It's close to a tie with Nyquist, but Giroux's winger gives it an edge for me.
Burns - Top D in SJ. Still not convinced with Schultz.

    Points-Only (assuming):
    Steen
    Voracek
    Burns

And I'm quite comfortable in all of these picks.

Not my team but it is for the league in sig.

He won it all last year and will be competitive again this year but is considering getting a little younger. He would be keeping

    LW - Steen, Neal
    C - Stamkos, Getzlaf
    RW - Perry, Voracek
D - Keit, Yandle, Pietrangelo, Burns
    G - Bobrovsky
    Points only pool - H2H - Dress 11/week - 2 at every forward position(RW, LW, C), 4 D, 1G
