Nice, this is HUGE for my Twitter league. We count G=5, A=3, +/-, W=2, SHO=3, Tweet=1. We usually keep 5 and he was on the fence for me because he hadn't signed yet but now I'm 100% going for it.

When did I ever say that? I am anti-posts-that-contain-nothing-but-a-link because that's not usually how we do it here. We post a link with a few quotes from or comments about whatever the link is. It's nice getting some kind of context or some kind of opinion to react to. Just having a link is boring and I've seen you post a whole bunch like that.

I do like to have both link and content when I go into thread. When it's from Twitter then I want the whole tweet. Why bother going to twitter if we can have it here in 140 characters or less!

Sometimes I don't even mind getting a full article like Axe does. Call me lazy but it saves the extra click for everyone that cares enough to visit the thread in the first place.
If anything, the link is just useful as a reference to say "yeah, this article actually exists" or so you have something to copy and paste to a friend you wanna link it to.
