My golden rule with goalies is GP first, then team quality if the starts are remotely similar. I have confidence Bernier will get 60 starts, Elliott 45-50 at best so that difference is huge in my thinking. I'm not willing to leave that many GP on the table in the hope I can make it up in wins and SO. St. Louis is a great team, but will also have an extremely tough conference to play in compared to Toronto. Shut-outs are bonus money only and shouldn't be counted on.

Bernier has the best shot to get 50.
Allen will cut into Elloitt's starts, in fact I personally believe when all is said and done that Allen will of started more games than Elliott.
Same for Andersen, he has good competition
Both of Elliott / Anderson will be under 50.
Bernier IMO has the best chance to hit 50.
The best chance to get you the most points of the players listed, Bernier.
Bernier: 62 starts x 50% win rate = 31 W.
Elliott: 52 starts x 60% win rate = 31 W.
Andersen: 48 starts x 60% win rate = 30 W.
I think it'll be very, very, very close.
I'd take Bernier just because I think he's the most likely to stay #1 throughout the season.
Solid analysis, but I would reduce Bernier's starts because he is a smaller goalie, and injury-prone, and they may want to rest him for the playoffs (unless they're in a battle). I can see Reimer starting 25+ games. That said, I'd still take him over the other two because of the competition.
This seems like a pretty fair analysis and I'll agree with it.
That being said, I think Elliot will provide the best opportunity for shutouts this season over the other two players so that may tip the scales in his favour in my eyes. I don't think he'll replicate his 9 SHO in 38 games like he did a few years ago, but if he were to play 52 games I'd be confident saying he'll get 6 or 7 shutouts on a very strong Blues squad.
Do you mean 3 extra points for the shutout (on top of the 2 from the win)... or just 1 extra point for the shutout.
In any event, between those 3, I am very confident that Bernier will get the most starts and the most points.
