Huberdeau/Hertl for E. Kane

NOPE...not for me. Hertl was impressive but did not have an opportunity to produce at that pace for an entire season. Hubs still hasn't found much fantasy Relevance in Floriday. E. Kane has been less than elite, but still, I want the proven player. And if he ever gets moved...that could just be what the doctor ordered.

Give me E.Kane (keep what you have).

Tough one. Thomas is useless in your league so he is an easy drop, but Kane could be a beast IF he ever puts it together. First thought was no so I guess I will stick with that.

Right now you are loaded at LW, average on RW , weak on D and strong at Center & goalies.

If you were to move E.Kane, you should atleast try to upgrade your RW or D.

This is what I was thinking too. I don't really like your RW options and Hubs/Hertl are both LW.

Too much upside and across-the-board fantasy value in PIM/Hits leagues.

Agreed with above, especially with hits as neither of those two will give you anything in that category. Also would think it's time to split Nash and St. Louis... maybe a similar deal with Nash could work? Though I'm sure the other owner wouldn't do that

Ya, Nash and St. Louis are tough to move right now given age and perceived value. I actually acquired them for very little, so I'm not unhappy with having them on my team even if they continue as 60 point producers.

Points only I might say yes, but Kane wins with the peripheral categories in your league.

I'd do this deal if it were me, too may "if's" in the equation as far as Kane is concerned IMO such as "if" he puts it together and "if" he gets traded to a team where he's happy and will utilize him.
I get that he has huge upside especially in a multi-cat format and I also get that there are some "if" questions with many concerning Hertl & Huberdeau but I'd probably do it anyway, especially since you can drop a guy who'll have no impact on your squad in Thomas. I still believe big things are ahead for Huberdeau, and I'm not certain Kane will ever live up to his hype, I'd do this deal.

I'd rather have Kane in that kind of multicat. Remember he is a power forward, they take 2-3 years longer to break out usually, I predict this year or the next

Then I saw this and yes if your league counts Hits, you have to stand pat on this one. Cheers.
