Lower than what I expected but I guess relative to Zucc's 3.5M it makes sense. Hell of a value signing for such a good player. Kid's gonna be raking in the dough in two years though.

Great signing by the Rangers, and he'll be 25 when his contract expires so it gives them a couple years to make sure he's for real and then hopefully lock him up long term before he hits UFA
