    Default Spezza or Pavelski

I could potentially move Spezza for Pavelski but I'm not sure if it's worth it.

In Dobs rankings he has Pavelski pretty high at 25 I believe... he really that high? If so it's a no brainer to move him for Spezza who sits at something like 35.

Just thought i'd check and see what everyone else thinks?

I feel they will be about equal, Pavelski should regress since is shot % was 18.2 and Spezza should see improvement over last year.

A word of caution on using Dobber's ranking - read his note carefully at the top of the rankings. Spezza and Pavelski, especially with Spezza's move to a more offensively dynamic team are close to a virtual tie in the rankings. Even without Spezza's trade, they would be considered so.

These guys are pretty close, I think Spezza has the more boom potential but Pavelski is much more reliable health wise. I'd probably roll the dice on Pavelski as the safer choice in this situation, although with Spezza's shiny new team you may be able to get a better return with a sell high.

Pavelski had a career year and he still a pretty good player but i'm pretty sure he will regress a little bit

if no injury Spezza is at least 72-77 pts if not PPG and you have to keep him.

I fully agree with this. It's what I would do anyway.

Thanks for the Input boys. I was thinking maybe I'll push for a pick upgrade along with Pavelski.
