As was the case in the Chicago/St Louis series and the similarities from last year, this final has been quite similar to LA's cup final 2 years ago. LA beat NJ in the first 2 games in OT at home and then shut out NJ in NJ in the 3rd game before NJ won game 4, 3-1. Nj then won game 5 in LA and I think this is where the similarities end.

Not a pouliot fan here at all. And I'll probably have a lot disagree with me, but I hate all the goalie interference calls... Maybe change the crease for a bigger goalie protection zone, or a second crease line or something.... But outside of that, normal player rules apply..

I have no problem with that call at all...if you don't like goalie interference on the play then elbowing works just as well

That actually totally works, he is rather a shit ball. My thought was just more in general, so many calls on incidental contact outside of the blue where it would be nothing if a d or f... But if it happens in the crease prepare to be hit.

yeah I know what you mean, the refs tend to be hyper vigilant about it in the playoffs
on the one hand I get it because you can't have guys running the goalies all the time but it also results in weak calls
