I'm not sure what to do on this trade offer. I would give up Etem for Kunitz. I have a few veterans on my team and I am a little short on NHL ready up and comers like Etem.

Agreed. The main thing to gain from this deal is to learn there is a guy in your league who will trade proven top line players for mid-level prospects. Try to do 10 more of these deals.

Who cares about "being short on up-and-comers"? Isn't the point to have a better roster than everyone else? Kunitz is a clear upgrade in every way.

Ill informed move? Absolutely? Stupid trade? Quite likely. Veto worthy... I'd quit the league if it were. Ya can't fix stupid...but you gotta allow trades with him. Click accept and consider this move a public service for the OGM. How else is he going to learn?
Case in point...3 years ago I acquired Tavares (still a long time coming to his break out party) for a very hot Dubinsky. Trust me...the OGM still thinks of that trade everytime he's faced with another potential move.
