If that keeps up, this series will be over in a hurry barring some immortal-type performances from Carey Price in net."

Just thought you might like to see how some peeps outside your little bubble actually see this series so far.
Montreal hasn't outplayed sh!t so far.
Oh the ramblings you say! Well then it must be true, I take back everything and anything, I certainly wouldn't want go against the ramblings of an internet stranger named Thomas! Oh my no

The Habs match up against the Bruins better than any team in the East without question. The keys to this series are Subban, Price and Pacioretty. Subban needs to stay composed, Price has to be solid-to-spectacular and Pacioretty needs to get going at home. The Bruins are the better team top-to-bottom but there is something to be said about match-ups. The Habs can win this series.

While I think the Bruins have been better overall in the two games, I think it's silly that we're judging who is better just on shot attempts.

I'm not sure I agree with the Bruins being better in both games.

In game 1 the Bruins applied more pressure but the Habs were way more opportunistic and Price outplayed Rask. To me, the Habs were overall better in the 1st game.

In game 2 the Habs frustrated the Bruins and played more composed, strategic hockey for most of the game. With 10 minutes left in regulation the Bruins absolutely dominated the Habs and it was as lopsided as you can get - clear domination. I'll give game 2 to the Bruins because that final stretch was impressive - it was like men vs. boys.

I meant taking the entire 120 minutes+ into account. At the end of the day it doesn't matter who was better, it's a new series. Boston should come out on top because they just know how to win.

I won't argue with you there. On paper, Boston is the better team. And, yes, they have absolutely proven they can just flat-out win.

bell centre is so loud, wish they would prevent the suits from taking up all those seats at ACC, they spend more time on their bb's than watching the game.

subban with yet another breakaway post penalty goal. any one know how many were scored this postseason? two in two nights but definitely more.
