I have bishop/lindbach would like to add Andre if i could this off season. The GM that has him is trying to secure nhl starter value out of him. He is in the middle of a rebuild and looking for skater assets in return. Please help me get a offer together that makes sense.

Well as much as I would like to acquire Vasilevski, I am not sure I would be sending a secure NHL starter for him, unless its a mid level one at best. Vasilevski is still a couple years away from being fantasy relevant at best. Your key secure starters is Bishop and Bobrovsky and theres no way I would send either of them for Vas. I dont know how many goalies your league starts as your sig doesnt indicate that but if its a 12 team league I have to assume you start at least 2 each week (or daily).

Start two a week. When I said nhl starter value i mean he is holding Andre in the "nhl starter" light. Trading on his potential i guess. I wouldn't move those two goalies for Andre.

He has shown a lot of interest in Strome and hertl. Just to add a little more info to my question.

Well if he is holding him in a NHL starter light, then he is over-valuing him and you will probably have to over pay to get him, which I wouldnt do.

You will have to remind him that he is asking for legit NHL skaters and offering a prospect goalie. 12 team league goalies arent worth as much as he wants it to be.

Agreed. So my question is there something i could piece together that makes sense? Our league also favour goalies a lot. To the point where it's better to have great goalies then anything else.

I agree that in a 12-team league Vasilevski isn't worth anywhere near a Hertl or Strome.
Having a look at Dobber's list, I would value him in the neighbourhood of the #20-40 forwards.

What prospects do you have available to trade? Depending on the prospect, you might be able to make a deal that is worthwhile.

That's a little more like it.....that's the kind of deal you can work around. Give him the 2nd regardless, that piece doesn't really matter. Now it depends on what prospect he wants, but a prospect for a prospect is a lot better than Strome, Hertl, or Shattenkirk for a prospect.
