AC is a necessary evil. Unfortunately Westjet has lost my luggage on my last two direct flights. Difference is they have paid for everything I was out for the week I was away and gave me travel vouchers. AC does that and they give you a shrug.
I to wondered if they were AC employees or Airport authority employees, but based on how they were acting, its a rhetorical question.

I've flown dozens of different airlines over the years, there are many of them that just plain suck for a variety of reasons but Air Canada is easily the worst. In fact they are SO bad that I flat out refuse to fly them anymore. It's just one **** up after another with AC and they are completely unremorseful and unsympathetic when they screw you. I tell everyone who'll listen to fly Westjet in Canada, no airline is perfect of course but at least they give a shit. I'd love for AC to go out of business, I hate those bastards with the power of 1000 suns!

I hate flying AC. At work we quite often make the drive down to Detroit and fly out from there.
I couldn't count how many delayed flights I've had flying Air Canada. Like 50%-60%.
No lost luggage yet though! *knocks on wood*
I've watched the baggage handlers before and worst I've seen is the trucks turning so sharply that bags fell off the truck on the road.
Side note: those guys get to drive some pretty sweet-looking baggage vehicles eh?

wow amazing! I used to fly AC home for xmas to spend with my family...they lost or damaged my luggage 5 out of 6 years in a row!
