Snow has done some good things. He pulled Moulson, Parenteau and Grabner out of thin air. He takes chances on guys, and sometimes he gets results. Not the greatest at asset management, and maybe he shouldn't be a GM, but he'd be decent as an assistant, in charge of bargain shopping for roster depth. Also, he's not worse than his predecessor.
He reminds me of Ferguson Jr. to some extent, another bargain shopper. The difference being that Parenteau, Moulson and Grabner are a more impressive trio than Master Battaglia, Boyd Devereaux and (Leaf-era) Jason Allison.
