Ullmark and Eriksson would both be worth picking up.

I can speak more for Eriksson. He has been better than his stats suggest this year. Last year he was incredibly dominant in the SEL, this year he took a while to get used to the AHL or NA hockey or a smaller rink or whatever excuse... He started slow.
In the new year, he has been outstanding except when played back to back or back to back to back. He has been pretty bad when starting two nights in a row (as are most goalies) but that just obscures his elite save-percentage otherwise. I'd definitely pick him up. He has the pedigree, and current success and could be a NHL starter by 2016.

Eriksson would be a good guy to stash with the apparent mess that is current the Canucks goaltending. I've got Gustafsson stashed in one of my 20 team dynasty leagues but depends on the depth of the league. He put up solid SHL numbers before coming over though and if you can be patient, he doesn't have much competition aside from Kuemper right now. Can't say as I'd recommend any of the others. Buffalo is just awful and have many options and the other guys all have big names in front of them to jump over.

Honestly, all of them are worth an add except for Kinkaid, Schneider has that crease on lock. But depending on how large your league is, and how many farm spots, the others all have varying degrees of value. Eriksson is probably at the top, while Aitokallio and Binnington both have some decent value longer term. Gustafsson is behind Kuemper (and I guess Bryz), but he's been good in all of his stops. Ullmark will be a long wait, but with that mess in Buffalo who knows? I'd only look into him if you have a large farm though.

Eriksson would be at the top of my list as well and if it's not him then I would take Gustafsson, as Minny does give goalies an opportunities. With goalies like this it is usually longer term and bit of a crap shoot, then who knows what direction an organization may go in 2-4yrs. There is also the issue of the Europeans getting frustrated and going back home to play.

From that list, Kinkaid is the closest to being in the NHL. I am going to assume that Brodeur, if he DOES come back next year, won't be with NJ. That opens up the backup slot for Kinkaid. Even with Schneider there, there's a lot to be said for actually being in the NHL compared to fighting for that backup spot, which to me is what I see in all the other guys.

Eriksson would be my #2 on that list but I see him in the AHL for another season or two yet.
