People use Muzzin as a reason to avoid Martinez, and yes he is an example of why not to get too excited. That being said, a coin flip of tails does not change the chances of the next flip.
I think he is worth an add.
Anything here worth grabbing in a very deep 10 team, h2h league categories(G,A,PPP,PIM,plus/minus,SOG,Hits,blocked shots)
I have a couple empty roster spots I can pickup anybody below for free. Looking for upside for a league of this format.
Fedor Tyutin, D (seems like he's taking a backseat to Wisniewski, JJ and Murray)
Stephane Robidas, D (is Anaheim his resurgence or swan song?)
Ladislav Smid, D (diminishing play and role in Calgary, possible buyout candidate?!)
Alec Martinez, D (fluke or emerging offensive threat?)
Thomas Hickey, D (MacDonald replacement in NYI?)
Kevin Czuczman, D (Watched a few Isles games after his signing, looked really good)
Mike Weber, D (plus/minus concern)
Justin Braun, D (decent all around contributor, on the upswing?)
Roberto Bortuzzo, D (Orpik replacement in PIT?)
Jakub Kindl, D (seems to have bust written all over him at this point)
Kevin Connauton (anything to be optimistic about here anymore?)
Brett Bellemore, D (Gudas-lite in Carolina)
Frankie Corrado, D (NHL ready?)
Nate Schmidt, D (what little bit I've watched of him this season, I was impressed...has a laser)
Matt Bartkowski, D (could see increase in role on B's next season?)
Kevan Millar, D (see above)
Thanks to any and all who give informative feedback

My main league:
I don't think you could go wrong with either Bartkowski or Miller. Both of them will have great +/- and similar hits numbers. Bartkowski will get more points and shots, where Miller will get more PIMs and blocked shots (judging by this years stats).
