The Flyers said they were going to dump in and pound Ryan McD. Great hit by Hartnell and the goal!!

PHI radio announcers just said that Mason was in building and skating today.
(I'm listening to PHI using the radio feed from NHL.com... GO FLYERS!!!)

Rangers owned the first 7 minutes. One icing and bam, down 1-0.

I was telling a coworker today that Zuccarello is the Ranger I fear the most in this series. He just matches up very well against the Flyers.

A good first period. I think Rangers were the better team.

I agree. Will be interesting to see if they can keep it up. Flyers looking to play a PHYSICAL game.

I certainly didn't like the way it sounded by radio feed.
Even the PHI homers didn't make it sound like PHI was setting the pace.

Emery is keeping the Flyers in this game. I did not think I would be saying that.

Geology is the study of pressure and time. That's all it takes really. Pressure and time.

I think it should be painfully obvious to Flyer fans how non-playoff worthy that D core is after this game.
As soon as the Rangers get the puck to the hash marks, it's an automatic extra 20 seconds of zone time.

I know right? and the Rags aren't even that great a team IMO, but they're well balanced and they have excellent goaltending...the Flyers? They have some nice forwards and some grit...
