Tampa Bay won the season series 3-1. Also, some questions regarding the Lightning's crease. Will Bishop be ready or Lindback carry the load?


Prediction: Tampa Bay in 7.

Tough predicting when we don't know who has home ice yet, but I am leaning towards the Habs if Bishop is out..

MTL in 6 - that is more a hope than a prediction, since a) its the only Canadian team left, and b) it is the 1 team (and to a lesser extent, Detroit) that I think could challenge Boston.

Montreal for me. I think it takes 7 games, and probably goes to OT a few times.
Could be a few 1-0 and 2-1 games in this one.

Montreal in 7, this is an even series that could go either way but I think the Pacioretty-Desharnais-Vanek line will have quite a series. Price will also be a difference maker I think.

Tampa wins home ice for the series. Which by the way, was won via shootout today. I do not like the skills competition deciding games and in this case freakin' home ice for a playoff series!! Anyway, that's a discussion for a different thread

MTL relies too much on that top line and has mediocre depth past that other then Price.

Even with Lindback, I think TB takes this in 6 or even 5.
