Worth It?
I just lost Avisail Garcia for the year so my OF depth took a hit. Would you trade Greinke for Minor and Cespedes? I read wildly different projections for all three of these guys. My first inclination was to do it if I could. The guy actually offered me Fister and Cespedes for Greinke and asked me if I'd prefer Minor (which at first thought I would, mostly for the Ks, age, team, ballpark, etc.).

10 team league but very large rosters. We keep 4 hitters and 2 pitchers, and we only get 3 waiver claims for the whole season, plus a mid-year draft of 3 players each. So Garcia's production can be replaced to some extent, but waivers are pretty valuable (last year was used to claim Wacha, Cingrani, Jose Fernandez, etc.).

Minor isn't much under Greinke. Cespedes has 25 -30 hr power.

I just question if Minor will stay healthy all year given that he already has shoulder problems this early. It's not a bad trade, your just taking on more risk imo.

I like that deal a lot for you. You can bank on Cespedes getting hurt about 15 times this year, but still - good value. Nicely done.
