    Default Tyson Barrie

How would you rank him in a points only keeper when compared to

    Carlson
    Voynov
    Brodin

He seems to be fitting in nicely in Colorado

Put up good AHL numbers and is now currently on a 47 point pace (over 82 games), which is quite impressive if you ask me considering not much has been said about his season. As he and the rest of Colorado's offense matures, you have to think he could consistently fall in the 45-55 range if healthy. I would probably take him ahead of all of those guys.

Barrie only played 10 games in '11-'12 and 32 games in '12-'13. So this is his first 'full year' (he's only played 62 games this year... and has 36 points already). This bodes well for increased productivity.

Additionally, he only had 3 points in his first 17 games this year... meaning he's had a wildly impressive 33 points over the last 45 games.

He has been impressive 2nd half this year, glad I picked him up just after the new year. Next year I am projecting him for 50 pts as he will have a full year under his belt of running the Col PP.

I won Barrie and Brodin in my league in sig and I would rank Barrie much higher than Brodin for upside. Brodin is an excellent real-life D-man but until he gets more PP time he will never put up really good numbers. Voynov and Carlson are both interesting options but I think if I had to choose one of the four you mentioned I would go with Barrie, I see him as having very high potential in Colorado. The numbers he has put up this year have been very impressive considering he hasn't been the de facto top option on the back end for the PP all season. Roy has seemingly use a revolving door policy with Barrie, Johnson, Holden, Benoit etc all seeing significant minutes on the top unit PP at different times.

I held on to him because everything I read about him talked about his great puck moving skills and his offensive acumen. Glad I did and he will certainly be staying on my roster next year too.

maybe would have had Voynov ahead of him at the beginning of the season, but low and behold.

Pretty clear Barrie is favored out of that grouping ... Who would everyone favor between Barrie and Justin Schultz?
